JOB DESCRIPTION DELIVERY DRIVER
We are a newly created company, specialized in importation and distribution of gourmet food, located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia (main workplace) and we are looking for a talented Delivery Driver to join our Team. In this position, we will offer opportunities for the advancement for the right candidate, and a competitive salary.
Job Position Delivery Driver Reporting General Manager Contract Full Time Working Days Monday to Saturday, 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm. Salary Range 300$-380$ 18 days of Annual Leave NSSF Company mobile phone (during work hours)
As the Delivery Driver of the company, the Employee is responsible to perform and supervise the following duties:
Key Response: • Delivery drivers must deliver high-quality products to our customers safely and timely manner. • The delivery driver needs to collaborate team to support an excellent service. • The driver must establish and maintain excellent relations with customers. • Must inspect and approve invoices and purchase requests to confirm the accuracy of delivery details. • To investigate the delivery address, plan and determine appropriate delivery routes, and maintain the schedule. • Needs to perform a vehicle inspection before and after each delivery service trip. • Drive carefully and safely and deliver products within the estimated arrival time. • Notify any mishaps or accidents to supervisors immediately. • Must follow regional and state driving rules and road regulations. • Must inspect delivery vehicles and ensure the safety and security of the loading and unloading process. • Need to stick to the company’s functioning guidelines and procedures. • Drivers must provide exceptional care in delivering delicate and unsafe products. Qualification: • Must have excellent verbal communication skills and organizational abilities. • Needs to have good social skills and the ability to solve problems to increase customer satisfaction. • Should be familiar with the local streets and delivery routes of his region. • Should be a responsible and dependable person who can help in increasing customer satisfaction. • The delivery driver’s job description also requires the delivery driver to have the ability to work in a tight schedule in a dynamic environment. • The delivery driver must have the ability to work holistically as part of a delivery process team.
