- Social Media Marketing – Manage and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) to educate and engage patients.
- Content Creation & Patient Education – Develop blogs, articles, videos, and infographics on health topics, treatments, and services to inform the public.
- Online Advertising & Lead Generation – Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and healthcare directories to attract new patients.
- Email & SMS Marketing – Create email newsletters and SMS campaigns for appointment reminders, health tips, and service promotions.
- Reputation Management & Patient Reviews – Monitor and respond to patient feedback on platforms like Google My Business, Healthgrades, and social media to build credibility.
- Healthcare Compliance & Data Privacy – Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and patient confidentiality policies.
- Telemedicine & Digital Patient Engagement – Promote telehealth services, online booking systems, and virtual consultations through digital channels.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking – Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
