You're Good At:
Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our doors and other channels.
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
Produce valuable and engaging content for our channels that will attracts and converts our target audience.
Build strategic relationships and partner with agencies and vendors to increase brand exposure.
Work with KOLs and influencers to enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences.
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify and target key demographics.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
Utilize social media platforms to build brand awareness and engage with customers, while monitoring and responding to online reviews and comments.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, making strategic recommendations for new digital marketing initiatives.
You Bring (Experience & Qualifications):
Graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading cross-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to design content such as posters, graphics, and other marketing materials is a plus.
Passion for the travel and retail industry.
