Job Description • Follow & analyze the market as well as factors driving consumer trends and the influence: • Branding and activity • Presenting recommendations based on appropriate data and insights on a continuous basis. • Supporting the creation of storylines to promote our products & capabilities. • Drive the understanding of different customer needs and convert insights into on-trend solutions, new product concepts & marketing tools • Commercialization of projects; responsible for the product launches from the designated launch program including all activities from pre- to post launch: • Developing value propositions & key messaging. • Identify market potential, supporting commercial teams. • Preparation and presentation of internal & external promotion materials. • Ensure follow-up & measurement of success and suggest/implement proper actions based on the outcome. • Plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns • Measure digital media consumption and consumer online behavior. • Capitalizing on analytical data and online metrics to provide digital experiences for user brand engagement. • Design, build and maintain our social media presence • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (KPI) • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Job Description • Complete Master’s degree in marketing, general business or related field. • Ability in software use such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and others. • Demonstrated understanding of marketing principles & tools. • Ability to translate research learning into insights & recommendations for the business. • Excellent communicator and compelling presenter with strong written and oral communication skills. • Flexible, able to work independently, set and follow priorities, manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. • Excellent with PowerPoint and Excel, advanced in web research. • Ability to meet timelines, manage tasks and perform responsibilities. • Knowledge of Digital Media is a strong advantage.
