JOB DESCRIPTION: - Sourcing quotation at least 3 quotation and negotiate price and payment term. - Sourcing material/goods, specification, price, and term to meet requester’s requirement - Check and clarify information with suppliers such as goods description, specs, brand, model, order quantity, price, payment terms and delivery date. - Negotiate with suppliers for the price, payment term and other conditions. - Do the price comparison for management approval - Check and clarify with requester on the specification of items request before creation Purchase Order. - Coordinate with warehouse team and requester to confirm receive goods/material to closing the PO. - Receive and check PR information such as goods description, order quantity, price, UoM and expected delivery date - Processing the PO in SAP System. - Coordinate with Inventory team (MM) to receive the good, create the inbound, GR to close the PO - Create the Expense Report in SAP - Prepare the Expense Report to Accountant. - Perform other tasks assigned by superior. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor Degree in business administration or related business communication filed. - At least 2 years’ experience in domestic purchasing/procurement or any relevant industries - Experience using SAP system or have experience working with large data transaction of any ERP system in a purchasing module. - Experience in domestic purchasing of automotive and similar industry products/Goods is preferred. - Have prior knowledge of general tax accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures. - Proven team player with good business communication skills between suppliers, management, and peers. - Well organized, self-starter and good time-management skills. - Good understanding of procurement tools and solution on the market. - Willing to learn new skill in procurement-related project. - Good negotiation skills - Have a positive attitude, honesty, and fast learning,
