This job title is needed to ensure the smooth process of administration.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
▪️ Assessment of students
▪️ Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to the students
▪️ Preparing and correcting tests, quizzes, and homework
▪️ Reporting the test results to students’ parents, campus principal, and middle or top management as
deemed necessary
▪️ Improving and strengthening the morality and courtesy of the students
▪️ Developing abilities on communication
▪️ Discussing teaching techniques with students
▪️ Creating activities and projects to motivate students to study outside the classroom
▪️ Ensuring the classroom is effectively managed and controlled
▪️ Attending weekly, and monthly meetings with campus principal as needed to provide the recent
updates of the classrooms and students
Qualifications
▪️ Master’s or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related fields.
▪️ Three-year experience as a classroom teacher with additional experience in instructional leadership
roles.
▪️ Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction.
▪️ Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness
▪️ Ability to implement policies and procedures and ability to interpret data.
▪️ Strong organizational communication, public relations and interpersonal skills
