Implement both online and offline event strategies tailored to the Cambodian market. Drive the execution of physical and digital event programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities, objectives, and key messaging. Take full ownership of event management, including: a) Collaborating with the digital marketing team to execute pre-event promotions, on-site activations, and post-event email campaigns, surveys, engagement strategies, and reporting. b) Working with the digital marketing team to build a structured online event calendar and regularly host webinars and other digital-format events across platforms such as META X and Telegram. c) Managing all aspects of event production, including branding, agenda planning, content creation, venue selection, and event execution. Lead and oversee community initiatives to enhance brand engagement. Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure smooth execution of events. Oversee event budgets and reporting to ensure cost-effectiveness and measurable outcomes. working hours: Monday-Friday 9:30-18:30
