Job Responsibilities:
1.Event Planning & Execution – Plan, organize, and execute company and client events, ensuring high-quality delivery within budget and timeline.
2.Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, sales, content, and operations teams to align event goals with company strategy.
3.Budget & Cost Control – Develop and manage event budgets, optimizing resource allocation.
4.Vendor & Partner Management – Coordinate with external vendors, venues, and media to ensure seamless event execution.
5.Event Promotion – Plan and execute online and offline promotional strategies to maximize event exposure.
6.Performance Evaluation & Optimization – Analyze event data, provide insights, and improve future events.
7.Team Management – Lead and support the event team to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Media, Public Relations, or related fields.
2.3-5 years of experience in event planning and execution, with successful project cases.
3.Strong project management, communication, and budget control skills.
4.Familiar with social media operations and online event promotion.
5.Proficient in office software and project management tools.
6.Highly responsible, creative thinker, and a strong team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in media, advertising, or public relations.
- Background in digital marketing and social media event planning.
- Strong Chinese language skills.
