Responsibilities: - Processing payments - Updating finacial records - Managing invoices - Performing financial transactions such as journal entries, reconciliations, and data entry - Assisting with financial report and analysis, including gathering data and preparing report - Support other employees throughout any accounting processes. Knowledge, skills and competencies required: - Good Chinese and English - MS Excel & QuickBook - Work experience as finance assistant - Good Knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, organizational and ability to spot numerical error.
