Finance Manager

Job Title: Finance Manager Department: Finance Report to: CEO Location: Poi Pet City, Banteay Meanchecy Province. Job Type: Full-Time, On site.
Responsibilities: - Prepare annual budgets and forecasts in coordination with management. -Monitor and report on financial performance versus budget. - Conduct financial analysis to support pricing strategy and cost control for rental operations. - Oversee daily accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and journal entries. - Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes. - Monitor and manage company cash flow, including rent collections and payment obligations. - Ensure availability of funds for operational needs and capital expenditures. - Track rental income from tenants across all properties. - Coordinate with the leasing and property management teams to ensure timely billing and collections. - Manage tenant deposit records and reconcile account balances. - Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets. - Recommend and implement improvements to financial processes and systems. - Ensure cost control mechanisms are in place and operational efficiency is maximized. - Supervise and develop finance and accounting team members. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development plans.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in real estate, property management, or office rental business. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, and financial reporting standards. - Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, blue, SAP) and Microsoft Excel. - Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
