•Preparation sell record for Payment & Tax Unit Manager upload in to GDT's e-filling system. •Preparation purchased record for Payment & Tax Unit Manager upload in to GDT's e-filling system. •Preparation WHT schedule for Payment & Tax Unit Manager upload in to GDT's e-filling system. •Assist Payment & Tax Unit Manager to check purchased requested. •Accrual and clear final payment for staffs resigned from LHPP. •Record and clear cash advanced (advance purchased and mission). • Prepare monthly payment to suppliers correctly and timely. • Process all request for payment to suppliers received from other department. • Make payment to supplier and staffs correctly and timely. • Record expenses and register fixed assets and make sure they are compliace with finance and fixed asset policies. • Prepare list follow up account payable and accrual expenses and make sure they correctly. • Coorperation with line manger to support internal and external auditor • Maintain and filling documents properly. • Performs other tasks as assigned by Management.
