I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Supervise and manage gas station staff to ensure efficient operations • Schedule and assign duties to employees, monitor their performance, and provide feedback and coaching • Oversee inventory control and ordering of fuel, merchandise, and supplies • Monitor sales and expenses to ensure profitability and implement. • Oversee inventory control and ordering of fuel, merchandise, and supplies • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fuel pumps, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition • Other tasks assigned by line manager. II. REQUIREMENT • Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or business administration or related field preferred • at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a gas station or related industry • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to handling fuel and other hazardous materials • Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of merchandise • Customer service skills and the ability to resolve driver complaints in a professional manner • Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team of employees • Understanding of basic accounting principles to manage cash handling and reporting • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays • Integrity, ability to keep info (such as company information) confidential. • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases III.
