Graphic Design

Job Description: o Conceptualize and create all marketing materials according to the brand guidelines. This includes but not limited to production of high quality videos, brochures, banners, newsletters, etc. o Create and design various materials that meet expectation and requirements of Mazda and HGB auto in line with Mazda Brand guidelines. o Produce drafts for review and approval by creative manager and marketing. Then make revisions based on the feedback received. o Ensure daily tasks and projects are completed with high quality and on schedule. o Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions. o Perform simple to complex photos taking, retouching and manipulation of images. o Work with a wide range of media and use editing software. o Design brochures, web pages, signs, e-posters, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials. o Expert in editing software programs. Adobe's Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After effects, Premiere Pro and more. o Meet with marketing and creative supervisor to gain an understanding of what they want their proposed communications to look like. o Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, videos, animations, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications. o Being able to operate key Cameras and Media equipment to showcase the facility. o Manage media by importing and backing up all media files; o Making sure artwork is correct and supplied in the right format / sizes / colour codes before being published or sent to production. o Monitor artwork production activity with suppliers from start to finish. o Track work progress with weekly / monthly tasks report. Job Requirements: o Excellent time management and multi-tasking o Produced creative graphics that gained high engagement and customers interest o Be able to communicate well in Khmer and English; o Strong proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to MS Windows; MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; o Strong proficiency in graphic design and working with Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Cinema 4D, After Affects, etc. o Photography and videography skill will be an added advantage; o Must have strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail; o Ability to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment, and operate with a sense of urgency; o Availability, position may require on-call activity after regular office hours; o Must be proactive and take initiative; Must be able to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgment, and work with minimal supervision.
