•Seeking an experienced Head of Dental Assistant to lead our dental assistant team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for patient care. -Key Responsibilities
•Lead, train, and mentor dental assistants, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with protocols.
•Assist dentists during procedures, prepare treatment rooms, and manage instruments/equipment.
•Oversee inventory, maintain compliance with safety standards, and optimize patient flow.
•Ensure patient satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining professionalism.
-Qualifications
•High school diploma; completion of an accredited dental assisting program.
•5years up of dental assisting experience with 2years in a leadership role.
•Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
•Dental experience related field.
