Job-related activities: 1. Coordination Caregiver-Patient • Monthly schedule for caregivers. • Facilitated the transmission of Caregivers in the morning and evening. • Information of the daily plan from the patient to the caregiver: o Consultations o Outings o Specific care and adaptation of caregivers' care plan • Facilitation communication Caregiver-Patient. • Accompany patients and/or doctors on request (discharge, medical appointments, accompany to the airport, etc.) • If there is a patient emergency, contact the nurse in charge and the management. 2. Management when patients enter or discharge • Cleanliness check of the room and common areas before entry • Make an inventory of the patient's personal belongings upon entry and return the goods placed in the safe upon exit. • Organize ordering and delivery for meals with adapted menus. 3. Technical department o Consumable material stock management. o Verification of the proper maintenance of the premises (cleanliness and tidying) o Verification of the general proper functioning of KP's premises (TV, light bulbs, broken equipment to be replaced, air conditioning, etc.) and management of repairs with LGMA or external contractors. o Listing, checking, storage of all KP medical equipment and monthly update. o Deposit and follow-up of KP flyers at the places listed by the management, make monthly report o Inventory 4.
