>Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Female Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth front desk operation.
>Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
- Process reservations and cancellations.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints and requests promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Upsell room upgrades and promotions (commission-based!)
>Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in basic computer operations.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in Chinese [+ English even better].
- Flexibility to work in shifts (morning/evening/night, weekends, and holidays).
