Job Overview: The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role involves supervising a team of housekeepers, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to established procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities: -Supervision and Training -Quality Control -Inventory and Supplies Management -Scheduling and Staffing -Guest Service -Health and Safety Compliance -Administrative Duties -Team Collaboration -Problem-Solving Qualifications: -High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality management or related field is a plus. -Previous experience in a housekeeping role, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or lead capacity. -Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. -Knowledge of cleaning and safety procedures; certification in housekeeping management is a plus.
