Scope of Responsibilities: 1.Acountant Scopes: - Assisting in analyzing accounting data to produce accurate, reliable managerial reports - Dealing with taxation-related matters and liaison with tax auditor, - Issue invoices, debit notes, and credit notes to customers, - Prepare Monthly Payment to suppliers via E-banking, - Arrange Payment for NSSF & MoL Related, - Prepare Tax Declaration, and annual tax return, - Inventory & fixed assets count & management, 2. Administration Scopes: - Preparing agreements or any documentation required, - Manage and update all agreement report with archiving properly, - Monitor staff Annual leave record, - Manage Office supplies & refill stock when needed, - Assisting & coordinating job recruitment & interviews, - Cover various administrative tasks, - Strong ability to work independently, - Strong ability to work at Province, - Good communication English or Chinese be kindness and improvident, (Spoken, Writing, Email etc.,) Requirements: - Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field, - Computer literate (MS. Office, Excel, Power Point, Email, Outlook, etc.), - More than 1 years accountant, administrative experience, - Good interpersonal skills, able to interact with people at all levels, - Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, - Able to translate & write Khmer & English (Chinese would be advantage)
