o Developing and updating the employee’s job descriptions as well as work with other team to understand the job requirement updates. o Liaising with other departments to identify the needs of staff recruitment and other HR related issues. o Manage all recruitment process and report to the HR Manager for Job offer, reject & vacancy. o Perform all jobs posting as well as engaging with all local website and other recruitment activity to make sure to recruit the best candidates; o Develop the employer branding initiatives. o Propose the Recruitment strategy initiative and implement. o Create the measures to ensure a positive candidate experience. o Process the job offer, employment contract other required pre-onboard documents and make sure the everything are ready for the employee to sign and keep for future audit. o Track and follow up probation and inform supervisor for evaluation in a timely manner; o Preparing Monthly payroll, NSSF and relevant other works o Conduct staff orientation regarding to company’s policies and procedures, benefits relating to the position, and other necessary information to make sure new staff are well understood; o Conduct exit interview with former employee and update the report to the HR/Admin manager o Other tasks required by the HR Manager,
