+ Responsibilities • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests • Control on office supplies, stationery suppliers, kitchen supplies, and make sure purchases are requested and available in stock • Schedule interviews, HR events and maintain agendas • Perform orientations and update records of new staff • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices • Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives • Support documentation and reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc) • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees • Other task will be assigned by Line Manager. + Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related • 1 years of experience as an HR assistant • Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations • Effective HR administration and people management skills • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices • Excellent written and verbal communication in Khmer and English • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools • Fantastic organizational and time management skills • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. + Salary : Negotiation + Working Hour : 8:00AM to 5:00PM (Monday to Friday and Half Saturday once a month) How to Apply Apply your CV and Cover letter to the following address and email: _ Email : [email protected]Click To Sent Email.kh _ Tel : 012299xxxClick To Call (Telegram) _ Address : #242, St.271, Sangkat Boeung Tumpun, Khan Mean Chey, Phnom Penh.
