#Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR department in all human resources activities, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and mission.
#Key Responsibilities: -Assist in the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent. -Oversee employee onboarding and training programs. -Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. -Support the management of employee relations and resolve workplace issues. -Monitor and manage employee attendance, performance, and disciplinary procedures. -Help develop HR programs that promote employee engagement and retention. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. -Contribute to the development of HR strategies in line with the company's mission and goals.
#Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. -Proven experience (3+ years) in HR, preferably in a managerial role. -Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. -Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. -A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for developing people.
