HR Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting various human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, performance management, and HR administration. This role requires a people-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
Coordinate and support employee performance management and appraisal processes.
Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance employee development.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
Contribute to HR projects such as engagement initiatives, employer branding, and wellness programs.
Prepare HR-related reports as needed by management.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of employee data.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in an HR role; experience in [insert industry if relevant] is a plus.
Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in using HR management systems.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is an advantage.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities depending on company location and employee base.
