HR Manager

Summary: The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. They will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development. The HR Manager ensures legal compliance, fosters a positive workplace culture, and develops strategies that support employee engagement and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment process (job posting, interviewing, hiring). Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Oversee performance management and employee evaluation processes. Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Lead employee engagement, training, and development programs. Monitor compensation and benefit structures to maintain market competitiveness. Foster a positive work environment and company culture. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
