Job Title: HR Officer

Job Summary: The HR Officer is responsible for overseeing daily human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures that HR policies are effectively implemented to support employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in workforce planning and job postings.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Conduct employee on boarding and ensure proper documentation.
- Support initiatives for employee engagement, training, and career development.
- Assist in performance evaluations and feedback processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
- Process leaves, benefits, and payroll coordination with the finance department.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
