Work with shipper and purchaser to check and confirm shipping document, invoice, packing list, bill of lading………… • Follow up ETD/ETA and update to relevant parties and shipment log. • Prepare and ensure that all shipping document including, import permit, stamped invoice/packing list and authorization are passed to broker timely for custom clearance. • Work closely and follow up with broker and trucker to ensure delivery is made as plan.
