Position Summary The IT Manager, to oversee all IT functions for the whole company, the Manager needs to have expert knowledge of the industry’s best practices and stay up-to-date with advances. 2). Key Responsibilities - Supervising daily operations of network and server infrastructure - Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals - Evaluating risk, developing network recovery and backup processes - Assessing and purchasing new and replacement hardware - Testing, troubleshooting and adjusting information systems to operate effectively - Implementing security of network, data and its storage and communication systems - Running regular checks on networks and data security - Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems - Designing training programs and workshops for staff - Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages - Providing direction for IT team members - Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement - Managing CCTV system - Managing IT infrastructure, server system, network switches and firewall 3). Position Requirements - Male only with age between 30-35 - Master or at least Bachelor degree in IT - 5-10 years Experienced with business oriented is preferable. - Knowledge of digital marketing is the most advantages. - Technical Knowledge & Skill in Computer Resolution/Setting up, network, email, website control, TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, ADSL, DNS Networking - Experience leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructure - Excellence working knowledge of computer system, security, network and system administrator, databases and data storage systems, and phone system. - Proficient in English knowledge - Willing to travel in/out country. - Integrity, Honest, Work SMART with challenge 4). Working Hours: ▪ 8:00AM_5:00PM from Monday to Friday (1hour Break for Lunch Time: 12:00pm_1:00pm) ▪ And Saturday Morning 8:00AM_11:30AM. Weekly Off (from Saturday afternoon and Whole Sundays) ▪ Public Holidays and others are in compliance with Cambodian Labor Law, and the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training (MoLVT). 5).
