Infrastructure Technician 1. Technical Skills:  Proficient in maintenance and restoration of backbone/uplink/access fiber optic cables  Expertise in fiber optic splicing  Skilled in performing OTDR (Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer) tests and analyzing the results  Knowledge of DC battery and rectifier installation  Ability to test and analyze basic AC/DC power issues  Familiarity with FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) or backbone fiber optic network installations 2. Problem-Solving and Adaptability:  Ability to handle unexpected work at any time  Capacity to work under pressure 3. Operational Capabilities:  Willingness and ability to travel to different provinces  Adaptability to work in shifts 4. Educational Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree or equivalent related certificate, such as in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or a similar technical discipline 5. Language Proficiency:  Proficient in English communication at a medium level 6. Certifications and Licenses:  Preferred: Driving license 7. Work Experience:  Preferred: Experience in FTTH or backbone fiber optic network installation and maintenance 8. Maintenance and Reporting:  Ability to always maintain and clean equipment after use  Effective reporting to management 9. Teamwork and Communication:  Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
