Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
- Create detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Select furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to execute the design.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
- Stay updated with trends, materials, and regulations in interior design.
- Conduct site visits and quality checks during project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Years of proven experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality design.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent communication, project management, and client-facing skills.
