We are seeking a Marketing Intern Officer to support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for a university student or a passionate individual seeking to start their career in marketing. No prior experience is required — just a strong willingness to learn and grow.
As a Marketing Intern, you will report directly to the Marketing Line Manager who will provide a structured marketing and content plan. Your main responsibilities will include supporting campaign execution, tracking results, assisting with social media and content distribution, and engaging in basic research or fieldwork. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in executing marketing campaigns and activities according to provided plans Track, measure, and report performance metrics for marketing initiatives Support content distribution across social media and digital platforms Conduct basic market and customer research Assist with on-site promotions, photoshoots, or events Travel to restaurant sites (currently in Kob Srov) Qualifications:
No prior experience needed for this internship Currently enrolled in university or a recent graduate Strong interest in marketing, branding, and Cambodian food and coffee culture Good communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Telegram) Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt Able to travel locally as required Experience with digital tools or content creation (CapCut and Meta Ads) is a bonus, but not required What We Offer:
