Internal Control Manager

Job Announcement; Position: Internal Control Manager Gender: Male/Female
Responsibilities: Establish, optimize, and oversee the company's internal control system to ensure effective operations. Develop and implement internal control policies to ensure compliance and manage risks in business processes. Conduct regular internal audits, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide actionable recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with management to identify potential risks in business operations and devise strategies to mitigate them.
Requirements: Cambodian nationality with a minimum of 3 years of experience in internal control at a trust company. Strong knowledge of internal control processes and risk management in the trust business. Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Proficiency in either Chinese or English is preferred.
