IT Service 1- IT Maintenance 2- Data backup BEST IT Maintenance service is a yearly renewable contract to provide your company with full IT support and Maintenance. Support services include the following: - IT Support (IT Troubleshooting) The support is provided by our qualified and experienced team. Support questions can be raised, tracked and solved in a variety of manners. - Telephone Help Line: Giving you access to our support advisors - E-mail Support: You can e-mail your questions / issues - Remote access - On site visits - IT Maintenance Site Visits - 1 visit per month 1- Perform Periodic Preemptive Maintenance (per visit) - Confirm that backups are being done - Confirm that anti􀍲virus runs properly - Configure email, drivers. - Network Printer - Assist on any issues 2- Perform Periodic Preventive Maintenance (monthly) o Computer clean up to maximize storage (Disk Defragment, remove o Update drivers as needed o Check the operating system and applications, making sure it is up to date o Check the network hardware - Database backups & recovery (BEST Software) - Ensure that network connection is working properly - Windows reinstallations (Client to assist delivery the HW that needs to be reinstalled to BEST office) - BEST to maintain Testing Environment on the server, running parallel with the Live services (if any)
