I. MAIN DUTIES: • Set up computer Operating System; • Install Software and hardware; • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. • Provide overall IT support to all users in internal & external and other System Applications; • Manage, Monitor, maintain, develop, upgrade, and support all IT systems • Manage company’s workstation, IT assets, and inventory updating; • Involve with new Service and Company’s system; • Alert the relevant team for any issue that occurred; • Other tasks assigned by supervisor. II. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or other relevant fields; • Good knowledge of technology and service management; • IT support specific skill (network, technical support); • Willing to work as a team and be able to work under pressure;
