IT Supervisor

Job Title: IT Supervisor – Networking Specialist Location: Poi Pet City
Job Summary: The IT Supervisor – Networking Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining the building’s network infrastructure. This role ensures optimal performance, security, and availability of the network to support all tenants and office operations. The candidate will also supervise IT team and coordinate with external vendors when necessary.
Key Responsibilities: - Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connections. - Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. - Optimize network infrastructure to handle increasing data traffic and user demands. - Maintain and support network servers, including DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory. - Perform routine network maintenance, updates, and security patches. - Ensure data backup and disaster recovery protocols are in place. - Assist tenants and employees with network configurations and troubleshooting. - Document network infrastructure, configurations, and policies. - Manage IT service providers and vendors for hardware/software procurement. - Supervise network installation projects and IT infrastructure upgrades.
Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in networking and IT infrastructure. - Experience with online building - Experience with network monitoring tools. - Ability to work independently and supervise junior IT staff.
