Job Scope: IT Technical Support is responsible to our residental who living in Camko City, like the installation Internet service, Cable TV and also have to troubleshooting when customers need. IT Technical Support Job Description - Installing and configuring networks devices, printers, and scanners - Monitoring network Graph by NMS (Weathermap, Nagios, Centiron …) - Responding on customer issued - Providing technical support to customer (Internet service, Cable TV service …) - Setting up accounts for new Internet service installation, - Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary Job Requirements - Age : 24 To 28 - Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT - Networking (CCNA …) or any relevant field. - Minimum one year of working experiences in IT operation and maintenance - Good customer services skills. - Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English. - Good team work, problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skill.
