Requirements : - Able to type at a speed of 60 wpm (desktop) - Have more than 1 year of experience in customer service or other customer-facing positions - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian - Demonstrated experience in customer service or related field - Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office suite - Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Experience in a call center or e-commerce environment is a plus Responsibilities : - Manage large numbers of incoming phone calls - Generate sales leads - Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction - Build ongoing relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication - Provide accurate, valid and complete information using appropriate methods/tools - Meet personal team sales/customer service targets and call handling quotas - Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow-up to ensure resolution - Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and archive documents - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies - Make extra effort to engage customers PLACED AT CAMBODIA BRANCH OFFICE OFFICIAL JOB LEGALLY FROM THE GOVERNMENT ONLY ACCEPT PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEES WHO FEEL THEY HAVE THE POTENTIAL FOR DEVELOPMENT AND ADVANCEMENT.
