KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Manage job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures -Maintain employee records (hard and soft copies) -Handle performance management: goal-setting, evaluations, feedback -Address employee inquiries and conflicts -Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor laws and company policies -Organize training and development programs QUALIFICATIONS -Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. -5+ years HR experience, preferably in diverse organizations. -Knowledge of Cambodian labor laws. -Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. -Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software. -Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with integrity. -Native in Khmer and good communication skills in English.
