Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Manage employee records, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of employee information. Handle onboarding training and procedures for new hires. Assist in managing compensation and benefits, answering employee questions related to salary and benefits. Help organize employee training and development programs. Assist in handling employee relations matters, including but not limited to employee complaints, disciplinary issues, and employee satisfaction surveys. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, assisting in labor dispute resolution. Requirements: Associate degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of relevant HR experience preferred. Familiarity with labor laws and human resources management knowledge. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). High sense of responsibility and team spirit.
