Job Summary The receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression for the organization. This role serves as the welcoming face of the company, providing professional and courteous service to guests, visitors, and staff. The receptionist also handles a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth daily operations of the office. What you will do: -Provide a warm, professional, and courteous welcome to all visitors and guests. -Ascertain visitor's purpose and direct them to the appropriate personnel. -Manage the visitor logbook by making sure to record accurate guest information. -Manage the reception area, ensuring a clean, professional, and comfortable environment. -Assist with various administrative tasks such as photocopying, printing, and document filing. -Arrange access cards for new employees and manage access card records. -Update staff contact list. -Other tasks as assigned by the direct line manager. What you will bring: -High School Diploma or equivalent qualification and/ or Bachelor’s Degree is a plus. -Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds. -Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. -Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). -Professional and courteous demeanor with a positive attitude. -Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality -Proactive, reliable, and service-oriented. -Strong attention to detail and accuracy. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette. -Calm and collected under pressure.
