To enter data into daily reports into the BV Lab/BV NG system and client website system of the Company a) Enter the information from the TRF to BV Lab b) Check the report format from each Client Program from CPSDoc c) Clarify with the technician or report checker for any unclear information regarding the test results received d) Adjust the requirement, under the guidance method of the Report Reviewer e) Check the basic information on TRF: style number, color name, care label and other mandatory information in accordance with samples received and client requirement f) Coordinate with the Test Assignment team for all the test parameters to be posted in the system g) Check the date based on TRF Hold On / Off hold form and image files on server h) Check to ensure that the results entered in the system is accurate and complete i) Ensure that the soft copy of the reports are saved in the correct folder
