Responsibilities: Greet and accompany the customers during visiting the showroom. Guide and sell the project and coordinate appointments (call in-out), build good relationships with new or existing customers, and follow up with the customers. Conducting property research. Go out to meet customers if needed. Distribute leaflets and do promotional events. Generate/consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to the team leader. Assist and deal with sales and non-sale problems with relevant Requirements: Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills. Good negotiation and persuasion skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage and influence team members. Be friendly, flexible, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure. Ability to use Microsoft Office programs including, Word and Excel, Outlook, PPT, etc. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude of working with the team. Ability to handle customers efficiently.
