Prepare fleet workplan to ensure highly effective delivery services in response to the business needs Arrange and organize daily workplan of fleet and truck mechanic team Regularly manage fleet to ensure that deliveries are implemented properly aligned with operation standards and procedures Improve fleet’s cost-effective Manage fleet's assets accurately and efficiently (including tanker truck, vehicle equipment, workshop equipment, and spare parts stock) Plan and organize proper truck check-up, maintenance and repair ensure truck availability in line with technical and safety standards to fulfil delivery service to customers Recruit and train new truck driver when needed Facilitate to have regular training/capacity development for truck driver related to delivery process, truck maintenance safety driving and relevant necessary skills Monitor and evaluate daily work performance of Truck Drivers and Mechanics Manage data and make reports related to fleet and mechanic Prepare roster for Fleet and Mechanic team Assist Operation Manager in preparing work plans, policies and procedures to enhance effective delivery
