Role and responsibilities:
• Manage petty cash payments
• Update accounts receivable and Issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and prepare payment
• Prepare payment vouchers, official receipts, and filing
• Posting invoices (Sale and purchase) to QB system
• Assisting with other accounting works according to instructions from the Senior
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 1-2 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in using accounting systems, particularly QuickBooks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Trustworthy with a strong work ethic and a professional attitude.
• Excellent command of English (both spoken and written).
