Ref: PR-73 Date: 19 December 2024 Position: Junior Engineer Design Department: Production Salary: 300$-500$/Mth Plus 50$/Mth Allowance Date required: ASAP Report to: Mengse Oueng Manager/Sup: Operation Manager Responsibilities: - Assisting in the design and development of products, or components. - Create BOM in M1 (system). Ensure the BOMs are accurate and UpToDate. - Improving product qualification. - Collaborating with senior engineers and other team members to solve engineering problems and optimize designs. - Creating technical drawings, specifications, and documentation (DXF and PDF) for fabrication team. - Supporting the manufacturing and production processes by providing technical expertise and troubleshooting issues. - Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines in all engineering activities. - Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines in all engineering activities. Other tasks are assigned by the manager. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field. - Understand about quality work and product, and can differentiate from poor ones - Good energy levels throughout the day, and enjoy working at a fast pace - Willing to learn and support changes for improvement - Aptitude for math, problem-solving, computers, and mechanics. - Ability to work and communicate well with others. - Material knowledge for sheet metal. - Be able to use Solid works. - Good in English communication. - 5S required. - Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
