Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts. Understand the client's business needs, challenges, and long-term goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts. Sales and Business Development Identify and qualify potential new business opportunities within assigned accounts. Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients. Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, project management, finance) to ensure smooth project execution. Market Analysis and Forecasting Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Conduct market research to identify potential new business opportunities. Develop accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management. Customer Relationship Management Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly. Resolve customer issues and disputes in a timely and effective manner. Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with clients. Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics. Meet all sales quotas and goals. Perform other tasks as required by Management
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field preferred. Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills At least 2-3 years’ experience of engineering, Decoration or relates in roles. In-depth knowledge of the engineering and construction industry  Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms  Ability to build and maintain strong relationships Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in sales tools Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude Excellent customer care and focus, ability to assess customer’s needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Attention to detail
