Kitchen Leader - Anti Social Hours Co LTD About Us: Anti Social Hours Co LTD runs several popular food brands: Garage Sale (restaurant and delivery), Brit-ish (delivery), Taiwanese XXL Chicken (delivery), and Donuts & Disco (delivery). Our kitchen offers a unique mix of comforting favorites, and we’re looking for a Kitchen Leader to support and guide our daily kitchen operations. This position is essential for keeping the kitchen running smoothly and supporting our Head Chef in maintaining our high standards. Role Overview: We’re seeking a motivated Kitchen Leader to help lead our team and ensure our food quality remains consistently high. With the management / ownership team focused on menus and larger operations, you’ll manage the kitchen floor day-to-day, overseeing food preparation and helping the team perform at its best. If you’re passionate about good food, enjoy responsibility, and thrive in a busy, team-oriented setting, this role is ideal for you. Key Responsibilities: *Report to the office by managing daily kitchen activities. *Ensure food is prepared, cooked, and plated on time, with high quality. *Lead the kitchen team during shifts, offering guidance and training as needed. *Maintain kitchen organization and efficiency during busy service hours. *Address any kitchen challenges and provide feedback to the company management team. *Follow food safety standards and ensure hygiene regulations are met. *Monitor kitchen inventory and assist in ordering supplies when needed. *Help with introducing new menu items and upholding menu quality. *Check that all kitchen equipment is in good working order. Requirements: *At least 3 years of experience in a kitchen (experience in a leadership role like Sous Chef or Chef de Partie preferred). *Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well with both the kitchen team and Head Chef. *High attention to detail and a passion for quality food. *Ability to stay calm and lead a team in a fast-paced kitchen. *Proficient in both English and Khmer. Benefits: *$500 per month salary *6 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift *18 days of paid leave annually *Public holidays off for Pchum Ben & Khmer New Year
