Responsibilities: Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract tenants. Identify and engage with potential tenants to promote available spaces. Conduct site tours, negotiate lease terms, and finalize agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants. Monitor market trends to stay competitive. Collaborate with marketing to enhance property visibility. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing or sales. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
