Job Reponsibilities:
-Oversee the transportation and delivery of raw materials, parts, and finished products.
-Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and delivery teams to ensure timely deliveries.
-Track inventory levels and ensure the availability of required materials.
-Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
-Manage documentation related to shipments, receipts, and inventory.
-Organize warehouse activities and manage the storage of parts and materials.
-Plan and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
-Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure seamless workflow.
-Handle logistics-related issues, including delays or shortages.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
-2-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the IT industry.
-Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
-Strong understanding of logistic processes and best practices.
-Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
