About Us: CTC Agrislink PVT Ltd. is a leading supplier of plant-based raw materials, specializing in cassava and for the global pet food and animal feed industry. As we continue to expand our operations in Southeast Asia, we are looking for a Logistics Officer to join our team in Phnom Penh. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate domestic and international logistics, ensuring smooth transportation and delivery of goods. • Work with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to handle import/export procedures. • Monitor inventory levels and optimize warehouse operations. • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, trade policies, and company standards. • Track shipments and resolve any transportation-related issues in a timely manner. • Prepare and maintain logistics reports, invoices, and relevant documentation. • Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement and sales, to meet customer requirements efficiently. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or import/export operations. • Familiarity with Cambodian and international trade regulations. • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. • Excellent communication skills in Khmer, Chinese. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
