Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the lounge, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
• Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring quality, presentation, and adherence to budget.
• Develop and implement promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
• Manage revenue generation and meet sales targets.
• Maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, corporate clients, and event organizers.
• Supervise and train lounge staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing a food and beverage operation.
• Proven success in meeting sales and revenue targets.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the sports industry and event management preferred.
