Mall Operation Manager

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES − Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning, cleanliness, and safety across the mall. − Serve as the main contact for tenants, address operational concerns, ensure lease compliance, and support tenant onboard and exits. − Oversee tenant contract, agreement and compliance in Mall Operations. − Enhance customer satisfaction by implementing strategies to improve shopping experiences and promptly addressing feedback. − Oversee security and safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure preparedness for emergencies. − Perform as strategic partner to bring more tenants and clients to the business. − Manage external service providers (e.g., cleaning, security) and ensure quality service delivery. − Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and find cost-saving opportunities. − Plan promotional events and collaborate with marketing teams to increase mall foot traffic. − Lead, mentor, and align the operations team with organizational goals through meetings and training. JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Qualification/Skills, and Related Experiences.) − Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. − Minimum 5-7 years of experience in mall operations, retail management, or property management. − Proficiency in English and Chinese. − Proven experience in leading teams and managing large-scale facilities. − Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. − Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. − Proficient in budgeting and financial management. − Knowledge of safety, security, and maintenance procedures. − Familiarity with property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
